Keffa Roots was created to honor Ethiopia’s coffee heritage and reconnect roasters with the birthplace of Arabica. Growing up, our family believed that coffee was more than a crop — it was a symbol of community, hospitality, and pride.
This inspired us to build Keffa Roots: a modern, transparent coffee-export brand grounded in respect for origin and the people who cultivate it.
We work directly with farmers in the Keffa region, selecting clean, consistent coffees that reflect the land they come from.
Today, Keffa Roots represents a new generation of Ethiopian coffee — rooted in heritage, guided by transparency, and committed to delivering reliable quality season after season.
